Our prices and billing policies have changed. Please review the following information carefully. As prices for gas, produce, plastics and services continue to rise, we unfortunately have no choice but to pass some of those increases on to you, the client. We have been holding out on a price increase for as long as possible [2004 was our last increase], however we must do it to provide you with the best quality food and services that we can.
Furthermore, we are making every effort to use the best quality products and ingredients such as organic produce meats poultry and fish, when available and in season. We are also being more conscientious of environmentally friendly, high quality recyclable and biodegradable disposables.
All confirmed bookings estimated at $2,000 or above will require a 50% deposit prior to the start date of the job. A payment guarantee form with up to date Credit Card and billing information of the person(s) or party responsible for payment will be held on file. A pre-authorization of the full amount due will be held on the card.
If payment in full is not received within 30 days of the service date, the card will be charged for the full amount due. With all credit card payments (also mentioned in the payment guarantee form) there will be a 3.5% service fee on the invoice total.
If you would like to pay your invoice immediately by check, cash or company credit card, we can provide a receipt along with an invoice upon completion of the job to submit to your accounting department for reimbursements.
A separate fee for each delivery will be charged for all locations. These are based on distance with a minimum of $50. per local delivery. In addition, the earliest time breakfast may leave the kitchen is 7:00am and the earliest lunch can leave is 10:45am. Any orders after 5pm there will be additional Chef OT charges depending upon the length of time. Please consider the production call times and the distance of the delivery.
We supply the best quality disposable plates, napkins, and cups for location shoots. We are located at Smashbox Studios in Culver City; china and flatware are provided for these shoots. Tables, chairs, china, flatware, and linens are available upon request for location shoots and must be ordered at least a day ahead of time, and will be added onto your final invoice.
A call sheet with head count, call times, map location, billing information, contacts, and special requests (if any) is required to confirm all shoots. (fax # 310.558.1940). All changes and additions will be billed accordingly. You may also book a shoot by filling out the 'order/quote form' or emailing our booker.
**Requests must be received no later than 3pm the day prior to the shoot. This includes all delivery information as well as billing. **A full charge will be billed for all cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the job.
