This event took place following Janet's World Tour, Los Angeles concert debut at a Sony Studios sound stage in Culver City. The 1800 plus guests were treated to a full soul food buffet, iced seafood station and dessert buffet along with passed hors d' oeuvres and a full premium bar. The look and feel of the studio reflected Janet's love of all things African as well as paintings of some of her favorite singers. A huge dance area for her dancers and guests kept things going well into the night.
