GUARANTEE AGREEMENT FORM

In connection with the above-referenced project, the undersigned guarantees the prompt payment of all sums due to GoodFood Catering for services rendered, which are incurred in connection with the project, and which remain unpaid for more than 30 days. A full charge will be billed for all cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the job.

The undersigned acknowledges and understands that this guarantee is in consideration of the agreement by GoodFood Catering to forebear from requiring immediate payment in connection with the services, which requirement of immediate payment is its usual and customary practice.

The undersigned further understands and acknowledges that its guarantee is strictly limited to the use of its American Express, Visa and Master Card for payment of all sums not otherwise received by GoodFood Catering, in good funds, in payment for the services within 30 days of the service date of the completion of the project.

GoodFood Catering may add an additional 2.5% in house service fee for all credit card purchases.

GoodFood Catering has permission to get pre-authorization for the estimated amount of the project invoice to confirm available credit on the card(s) used for this guarantee.

All first time clients are C.O.D. and can either pay immediately by check or we can charge the following credit card.
